Vista Properties and Investments LLC works to provide the highest quality of service to successfully meet the goals and objectives of their clients.

We welcome you to our website and to our Company, Vista Properties and Investments LLC, a full service commercial real estate and investment firm established in 1986; licenses in Missouri and Illinois, in real estate and in securities with FINRA and SEC. Vista Properties and Investments LLC specializes in land sales of all types, land development and acquisition, and site selection for multiple types of commercial, mixed-use projects. Land may range from agriculture, to retail, industrial, or residential in nature.

Our transactions have included, sales, leasing, and 1031 exchanges, of commercial properties, Net-leased investments, and land. Our clients range from individual property owners and investors to national corporate clients.

We also offer clients and investors opportunities to diversify their investment portfolios by offering Securitized Private Placement Investment Offerings.
Our website introduces you to the hard real assets known as Alternative Investments. These Alternative Investments include: REITs (non-traded), oil and gas investment and royalty programs, land, timber, energy, agriculture and commodities.
